Thursday December 8th | 7-9pm & Sunday December 11th | 5-7pm Two thousand and sixteen. What a year. We have learned so much as an organization and a community - sharing stories and listening to each other on the Caesar’s Rebellion walking tours. This is also an historic week where we see the continuation of events that highlight our struggle with a national identity. For the first time we are going to host a suite of Talk/Back events to discuss what has been learned from the spring, summer, and fall seasons including a brief visual summary from Black Gotham Experience founder, Kamau Ware, followed by a Q & A session.  Lite fare will be served in an intimate studio setting.  Purchase...

On June 25th and June 26th, there will be two Black Gotham Experience Open Studio events to share the progress on the Other Side of Wall Street graphic novel that was partially funded through a successful kickstarter last summer. The June 25th event will be at the Process Space provided by the Lower Manhattan Cultural Council on 100 Wall Street and the June 26th event will take place at Kamau Studios in Red Hook, Brooklyn on 183 Lorraine Street.
